Competition nominations, categories and costing
1. Inlay Art embellished with Crystals Interational Championship has 15 different Competitions:
* 3 taking place in the Competition area
– Salon Nail design with crystals (Surprise model)
– 3D Luxury Nail design (on tips)
– Salon toenail design with crystals (on model)
* 12 with already prepared works
– Inlay Box with crystals
– Inlay Box – „Cubism“ (Flat art)
– Inlay Box – „Cubism“ (mix-media)
– High Inlay – 3D on tips
– Crystal Poster – Beauty magazine
– Crystal Poster – Nail magazine

2. Categories:
– Category DEBUT
* Students and professional technicians that have never participated in any type of nail
competition.
* Students and professional technicians that have competed, but never won any place
(1,2,3) in a recognised competition anywhere in the world.
* A participant who has participated in championships in ONLY extramural
nominations and wants to participate in the „live nomination“ – falls into the Debut
category. (Except teachers / Educators)
* Teachers/Educators are not allowed to participate in this category
– Category Master
* Students and professional technicians that have participated in any type of nail
competition and won a recognised competition anywhere in the world, but no more
than 5 times!
* Teachers / Educators must use this as entry level.
* Teachers / Educators that have never participated in any type of nail competition.
* Teachers / Educators that have competed, but never won any place (1,2,3) in a
recognised competition anywhere in the world.
– Category Veteran
* Students and professional technicians that have participated in any type of nail
competition and won a recognised competition anywhere in the world, more than 5
times!
* Teachers / Educators that have competed,and won any place (1,2,3) in a recognised
competition anywhere in the world.
* All judges automatically fall into this category, regardless of their years of working or
number of winnings.
* The participant must report their achievements in other championships. In this way,
we will ensure clear and fair participation and selection of the category.
* The participant must report that they are Teacher, Instructor, Trainer.

3. Costing
– Debut:
1-2 entries – each 40€
3-4 entries – each 30€
5-6 entries – each 25€
7-8-9 entries – each 21€
10 entries or all 15 – 160€
– Master / Veteran:
1-2 entries – each 50€
3-4 entries – each 40€
5-6 entries – each 30€
7-8-9 entries – each 27€
10 entries or all 15 – 210€

General rules
1. Participation is allowed for persons from 18 years old. Persons and minors – not less
than 16 years of age – only with the written consent of parents.
2. Filling the registration form, the person confirms that they are 18 years or older and
agrees with Competition Rules. If the participant is younger than 18 years, they should
sign that have informed the parents about the participation in the competition, that
they agree with the rules of the Competition. In this case, parents of the participant are
responsible for all actions against the organizer of the Competition or interested third
parties.
3. The contestants will be judged and evaluated (and the winners will be selected) by the
competition judges team, that is set up by the Competition organizer in accordance
with the provided rules. The panel of judges will consist of not less than 5 judges from
different European countries.
4. The organizer of the competition reserves the right to adjust the Rules. The Organizer
immediately publishes these changes on the website and informs already registered
participants.
5. The Participant agrees that the information provided by the contest will be visible and
publicly accessible to all visitors, judges and participants and may be used for
marketing purposes.
6. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of
Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
7. The organizer doesn’t assume responsibility for the content of the information (data)
submitted by the Participant, for its non-compliance with the legal acts, the
requirements of these Rules, moral or ethical norms, nor in any case assumes any
liability and under no circumstances may be liable for any damage caused by the
information (data ) on the Website or in any other public domain.
8. To participate in the competition, participants must register in advance via the
webpage www.inlayartchamp.org, Facebook account Inlay Art embellished with
crystals International Championship or email info@grozioaljansas.lt and pay a
registration fee. Without registration and registration payment, participants will not be
able to compete in the competition.
9. Participants can compete in one, several or all competitions.
10. For competitions with pre-prepared works – the designs must be presented to the
Organizer – VšĮ Grožio Aljansas mokymų centras
organizers on the day of the competition on the 21st of September until 8AM.
11. Masters participating in the competition zone must arrive in the competition area at
least 30 minutes before the start of the competition. To prepare the workplace.
12. The organizer of the competition reserves the right to not accept late participants.
Maximum acceptable delay and registration is 10 minutes.
13. In the competition zone – 20 minutes before the start of each competition, the
breathing time will be announced. During which the Organizer will remind the
participants of competition rules. At this time – Participants will not be able to touch
the model, tools, materials. Otherwise, penalty points will be awarded.
14. For Competitions in competition area – Organizer will take care of each participant’s
table, with lighting lamps, extension cords, trash bags. The participant must arrange
the necessary tools for own design, tools and electrical appliances such as a UV lamp or
other necessary design tools.
15. At the end of the competition, competitors must stop work immediately. They must
leave the competition arena until all models have left the area to be judged or all the
works are taken.
16. Any participant who does not comply with the rules may be disqualified by the judges.
17. Score sheets will be available on the same day after the award ceremony.
18. All members have the right to submit requests to recalculate scores and explain each
evaluation criterion calculation methodology.
19. Works that violate other work / images copyright will be automatically disqualified
and unapproved. Please use your imagination and create uncommon, unique works.
20. Main Judges will not see the competitors and their models in competition area. It will
be a “blind” judging. This will help maintain a fair evaluation/judging of each work.
Models and works will be indicated by random numbers, which, upon completion of
the competition, will be enclosed by the competition organizer team.
21. All participants will receive a Participant Certificate upon registration.
22. The winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd places will be awarded with Cups, Diplomas, Medals an
